HOW TO ORDER A BE-LITE ALUMINUM SPA COVER

The brochure has detailed measuring instructions and will guide you through the information we need. All measurements should be in inches. We will need the spa size outside dimensions of lip (OD) and inside dimensions of water line (ID). We will make the cover one inch (1”) smaller than the outside dimension. The cover will rest on the lip of the spa. This will be one-half inch(1/2”) on each side. We will also need the size of the radius corner for some spa models. (Click here for a Radius Sheet to assist with your measuring).

Please note on your order form any controls, speakers, etc. that are above the lip of the spa. Also note any cut outs, recessed controls or spillways.
If you wish to purchase an ASTM certified safety spa cover you must note that during the order phase. We can then attach stickers and the ASTM approved tie downs that are required. (Click here for ASTM Tie Downs)

If you have an usual shaped spa/hot tub we may need you to make a template and send it to us. Making a template is not difficult and we can walk you through the process. (Click here for instructions on How To Make a Template)
