WHY AN ALUMINUM COVER, WHY NOT ANOTHER VINYL?

This is a longer lasting cover. Our aluminum cover will withstand the abuse from large dogs, cats that scratch, and rodents that use the foam and vinyl for nesting material. Protection for children should be an overriding consideration when recommending the BE-LITE ALUMINUM SPA COVER. Snow loads and weather considerations are not a concern when you have our aluminum spa cover as the cover won’t collapse in the middle due to weight; heavy snow load, pets or children. Our covers have no issues with odor or mildew as they don’t soak up water. Our covers simply offer superior protection and longevity.

WHAT IS A SAFETY COVER AND WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

The spa industry in response to some safety issues joined together with ASTM and developed a standard for the customer to assess the safety aspects of spa covers. Our Deluxe Aluminum Spa Covers are safety rated by Underwriters Laboratories and carry their UL Classified Mark.

Note: All ASTM approved spa covers will come from the manufacturer with two stickers on top of the cover and will require 2 tie downs to be installed. Our deluxe edition safety spa covers are UL rated for cover size up to 100” x 200”. (Click here to see our certification on the UL website.)

WHAT IS THE COVER MADE OF?

The cover is made from an aluminum and foam sandwich core. The top surface is aluminum with a baked on enamel painted finish (like the hood of a car). The inside is 2” foam for insulation. The aluminum top and bottom are embossed to hide scratches and maintain the quality look of your cover for many years. The outer edge is anodized aluminum for longer lasting beauty. There are twelve designer colors available to coordinate with most spa and backyard color schemes.

A rubber gasket around the edge assures a positive seal to your Spa for maximum heat efficiency. The seal works much like a refrigerator, with a positive suction on level surfaces and will prevent scratches to acrylic spas.

WHY DO YOU NEED A LIFT?
